Yep, I start school on Wednesday :/ and I have a really sore throat and runny nose. Not to mention I have a pretty bad cough.

But, I gotta go to school, regardless of whether I feel sick or not. So, hopefully this will just blow over in a day or two. One can only hope.

But on Friday, I figured out how I have to get to the career center for my photography classes: By bus. I am 1000% ok with the whole bus thing, and I am actually glad that I don't have to drive myself downtown and back everyday (waste of gas, you know?). BUT, the bus comes to my high school at 7 am, meaning I have to leave my house between 6:30 and 6:40 am, meaning I HAVE TO WAKE UP SO FLIPPIN EARLY EVERYDAY.

Ouch, right? BUT, there is one good thing about it. Sometimes when it snows a lot, the career center will call snow days, but sometimes my school won't do the same thing. On that rare occasion I can stay home for the first 4 periods of the day!! (4th period is my lunch, and the first 3 would be at the career center).

So, let's just hope for that to happen on certain occasions (aka, when I don't get all my homework done )

My mom is leaving a week from today, and I still can't even believe it. I honestly don't know how I'm going to survive without her. This is my last week with her for a year! And I'll be in school. Something about that just doesn't seem fair at all. I won't even get to see her because the second I get home I'll be working on homework for the rest of my life (thank God I only have 2 textbooks this year though). I don't know, I just think it's ridiculous that she's even going. She's done enough for this country, but our government and the powerful people in our nation are obviously to moronic to see that.
